Just sit there, breath, relax, think about your most favorite place in the world. Keep breathing and soon it will pass. Emotions and thoughts are fleeting, so please don’t let them get you down. In the moment they may seem unbearable, just wait until they pass.

a really good book that you can read is feeling good by david d. burns. that might be all the help you need to tell you the truth.or read when panic attacks by the same author. even though you don’t have panic attacks there is alot of techniques that deal with depression. it is all cognitive that way you don’t get stuck on a medicine. these books help you to change the patterns of your thinking. if i were you i would read when panic attacks first its a better read and will have stories in it of people who used to feel just like you do now. if you dont understand how to do the techniques in the book go and see a pdoc and have he or she explain cognitive therapy to you.dont let them just stick you on meds unless you decide you are positive you need them. chances are there is nothing wrong with you and you just need a quick pick me up to jump back in to the ball game. good luck
