Help me.

I don’t know what to do. I don’t care about anything anymore, not my school work, not my friends. I refuse to answer my phone because I don’t want to talk to anyone. I can’t study. I can’t think straight. I am the principal player in my entire flute section at school, but I can’t stand to practice. I just want everything to stop. I want to go into myself and stay there. And I don’t know how to get help. No one seems to have noticed what’s happening to me.

Im here to listen also, if you want to talk that is because it seems like you really have something you need to talk about that is eating away at you. Or i could be completely wrong.
