so my friend just got suspended for wearing his hood

to much and i think its bogus and unfair and they threatened to do worse things if he continues to wear his hood! hes not a gangsta or anything hes just an immature 14 year old who says poop alot. he doesnt deserve to be treated the way he is just because he wears a hood. i want to take some kind of action in the school. help

talk to your principal, maybe?

i’m not really sure what you can do, to be perfectly honest.

i experienced something similar ((my friend and i walked to school together, and we got in trouble repeatedly for crossing the parking lot, eventually getting office referrals)) in 8th grade, and all i could really do was take it.

you could also talk to your/ your friend’s counselor about the problem. `

and i’m sorry to say it, but your friend may need to just stop wearing the hood up on his jackets. if your teachers ((or whomever gave him the suspension)) are really going to persist with giving him these punishments, then he needs to just realize this and stop himself from wearing his hood.
