I think my girlfriend cheated/is cheating on me!

I logged onto one of her email accounts and noticed that her ex sent her a facebook request saying they were in a relationship. She deleted her facebook a while ago and I guess has one that I don’t know about. We talked the other day and I asked her has she done anything and she denied it however I think she is lying. Would it be okay if I asked the guy?
