Medical question.

I have headaches and migraines everyday. And when they are not headaches my head feels dazed and cloudy.sometimes i can’t see straight and most of the time have trouble even standing up straight. usually it feels like my entire body is weaker than usual and like i have no energy at all.and the thing that has me worried the most is the fact that i can somtimes feel pulsations in my head.like the forhead and back areas. been to doctors and they have no idea. they say its depression but that was before it got worse. i havn’t been to one in a while because my insurance ran up but i’m going back as soon as its back. so if u have any ideas plz post so i can figure something out and stop my pain. (btw, its also seem to be triggerd when i get mad or upset but not always)

Does caffeine trigger this at all, or is it just regular every day at the same times? Does it happen more in some locations (buildings or rooms) than in others?

The pulsations are probably not as big a deal as the rest, depsite how scary they can be, based on what I know about headaches (but I am NOT a doctor, so listen to them if they disagree with me). I’ve had migraines, though not as often as you.

As you probably know, migraines sometimes just manifest as an aura, or as an aura followed by a headache. The aura is caused by blood vessels tightening, and the headache is caused by the same blood vessels opening up again. I mention caffeine because it is a frequent trigger for migraines, but many other things can be as well. Anything that affects blood pressure (like anger) is a good suspect.

Try keeping track of what you are doing when the headaches and other symptoms manifest — all good migraine doctors will have you do this eventually anyway.

Sorry I don’t have better advice — I know how bad a headache can be.
