post help: Does anyone know why I didn’t get any notices?

Does anyone know why I didn’t get any notices?

Normally I get around 50-80 notices over the night and I when I pulled up Help today I didn’t get any. I noticed I wasn’t getting as many yesterday either. I’ve been a user for a while and I didn’t change my tags or anything. Is there something wrong with my account, or help or anything?

Good question. I received a few notices from old posts I had replied to, but no notices about new posts. I think something is broken.

Yea, I get notices on posts I have replied to but any new ones I don’t get a notice for and I went to the home page to look for some.

Yes, I realized the tags were getting to be a little funky. I think that’s what’s making the problems.

And I didn’t notice HelpBot has disappeared. That’s a tragedy! Are you sure he’s gone? I’m about to make a testing post just to see if it’s true.

I am not a doctor…but in response to the original “call for help,” the way you are feeling could be physiological/biological. To experience true clinical depression you do not need a situation for it to occur, just the chemical properties of your body that may be out of balance. People who are ignorant (((not you)) and just some mean-spirited people, and many who just don’t “get it, ” and have never felt the way you feel; they cannot begin to understand your pain.

The way you are feeling is understood by many who stuggle with true clinical depression. Since your feeelings are recurrent, I would suggest you see a doctor or talk with a professional; Also turn to your family and friends for support, if possible.

Don’t even give the negative replies any power by even acknowledging them. Take care of yourself and please know that there truly is a community that understands your pain, wishes they could help, and will help by at least offering positive words. Hey ppp, to bad you didn’t even read the post that I wrote. It has nothing to do with depression thank you very much. It has to do with the problems Help has been having. I’ve been on Help for more than a year I know what kind of community it is. Try not answer or reply to a post that you didn’t even read!
