ACIM students!

are their any advice Course students would give to me: Iam always busy and have no time to actually study the book, and I completly forget the lessons by the time I put the book down. ADIVCE?

Change your priorities, remember that your constant judging is costing you a lot of energy, if you practice what the course suggest, you will be more alive, more vibrant and have more energy, that extra energy you can than put in studying the book and doing the lessons, while still doing what you normally do
