Once you get started on the “thing” you’ve got to do, I find it’s not so bad to keep going.

So the key is to get started.

I find to get started I agree with myself that I only have to do a tiny little bit of what I need to do, then I can stop again and perhaps reward myself. But often I don’t stop - I carry on!

It depends on what is leading to the procrastination. There are lots of things that can cause this, such as fear, confusion, or lack of interest. What sorts of things do you procratinate, and what do you do/think/feel while procrastinating?
