Anyone want to discuss weight loss?

I need to lose thirty pounds and I’ll give it about a year because I’m small and not too athletic.

well first things first you need to have patience dont expect a miricale or instant results.
you need to exercise regulary every other day.
cut your calories down to around 1,500
try to minimise fat in your diet
dont eat any carbs in the evening
eat healthy
its ok to eat junk once in a while use it to treat yourself say once a week but only if youve stuck to a good exercise plan and still count the trear in your calorie count
drink plenty of fluids
best exercise is cardio at least 30 min every time make sure you sweatin or youre not training hard enough
running,swimming,cycling

try to cut out all snacks. yeah this may be the hardest thing EVER but i lost 10 pounds in two weeks by just cutting snacks out. i overall felt healthier and savored my food more than just stuffing my face. this is the hardest but really honestly need to eat less. with water of course.
i do crunches every morning before breakfast. doing crunches before u eat REALLY helps. it makes sure i dont overeat. get into a scheldule. its really hard but it will no doubt pay off. try to get a friend to do it with u. and report to them on everything uv eaten. that way ull be embaressed if u eat way too much so ull avoid it.
iv heard that if u do crunches and ur already overweight it dosnt help u lose weight. or at least it wont do much. i find this theory untrue. because i did crunches every night for a month and i lost allot weight. and yeah i was overweight then.

i used to think that being overweight was something i would always be. but if u really cut out the snacks and all drinks other than water. all i drink is water. sugar drinks and even healthy drinks are a waste. they are just empty calories.. the first few days are always hard. but after ur body gets used to the change and its normal and not even a challenge.
Another really important tip is dont weight urself often. i find that stalking ur weight will discourage u. u think u may have lost five pounds and then u only lost one. so i find just checking every week of three days helps. before u step on a scale be prepared to messup. dont expect to lose tons of weight. so be prepared for a ****** week. dont get depressed and eat cause u only lost a pound. be happy with what u get. and if u really sad i listen to a really inspirational song like u2 beautiful day. it helps to pick me up so i dont eat out of my dissapointment. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
