I don’t mind the invite and shout as much as the notices…
The notices are driving me crazy!*sigh*
I don’t really get any new notices any more…

Whoever was supposed to do the upgrade or maintenance, messed it all up! I hope they fix it soon, or I am going sayonara!

I was waiting for new and improved help.com. What happened?

I could not use it all day long yesterday and I was having help.com withdrawals!!!!! I have to find a replacement soon!

This is the new improved version. Where’s you sense of adventure? The person who is in charge of the changes, came here, after succesfully closing another site down. Cant recall its name.

Mas 1st.
You say, “but every time it crashes we go here to insult each other as usual.” What do you expect us to do? It’s been going on for months. Now it’s permently in chaos. What do you think we should think?

We ask you and other mods to tell us what is going on, we get no answers, We put complaints in about the security breaches, that have happened in the last twenty four hours because of the maintainance. We get no reply, what are we supposed to do?

When we make a post about it, it gets closed. So we are left that we are not supposed to complain. we are not to make posts that ask for the truth about what is happening. What are we supposed to do?

I have put two complaints in about some one alse using my account to make a post supposedly by me, that I did not make.
That to me is a security breach. How does some one else manage to use my account.

That’s the first time I have been informed that there is a place to go, if the site goes down.
I must have missed that shout or post or whatever.

Another user has said that the same thing happened to them. That some one else made a post in that users name.

You see, I can now expect to be banned for stating the truth, we now have to be that carefull what we say. If that is not the case, it has been made to feel it is.

Looks like they have stopped talking to us again.

Well now that some one has the guts to come and say something to us. To treat us as adults and for us to support you. You now get my support.
All I can do is to wait until the matters we are all concerned about, are rectified. I wish you look with a difficult task.

I think all of us who have been experiencing the recent “maintenence” shut downs on help.com are feeling pretty disconcerted, to say the least. I know Mas is doing all she can to be her most helpful self. She has my support, of course. Who would not support someone who gives her time and effort the way she does? If there were ever a time for those of us who enjoy this website, to be kind to each other, this would be it. Let’s all keep our wits about us and our fingers crossed.

is it just me or is mas the only one doing anything? i haven’t seen yourabi in a long time.

Yourabi is busy, trying to help with the maintanance of the website. Part of his responsibilities.

No, the other mods have other duties to perform. I do think it all comes down to training and implimentation of the mod resourses that they have.
It is I think Mass 1st, main responsabilitty, to answer queeries from the users.

They know all about the problems. The website has picked up some nasty bugs from some where. It is going to take a long time for the technicions to sort the problems out.

Just sit back and relax. All good things come to those who wait. We all knew that there was going to be some upheaval. Its not as though they are serving us cold soup.

I thought there was something wrong on my end again. Hoping for the best.
