” is it to late to ask for one wish”

in april our home burned to the ground our finance company and our insurance company will not agree to the rebuild or demolition,,
so here in a small motorhome we live day in and out for 8 months now it is christmas we are out of money no house savings whoosh gone, all i want is to feel whole again. seven years ago i was an aerospace mechanic, i injured my back seriously had 2 major surgeries for bone removal the ligament that runs down the center of the spine was thickening from the injury so they had to remove the bone around that area and partially remove the disc. i just had another mri done i have to pay for myself l&i refuse to pay and they should it was ordered by the dr. the other films were to old he needed to see why the pain is getting worse.
after the mri they found that another disc is gone totally now i am bone on bone well that is probably why i hurt but here in washington l&i have no one to watch what they do they would let you die before they actually approved something. had they moved faster when this happened i probably would never have had to do the second surgery.
my husband is out of work he had to stop his construction company we had for 15 years his legs and back are so bad his dr told him to quit he had to have an mri the same day i did he got worse news what he has done to his back and legs cannot be fixed he will just continue to get worse. they say there is nothing to help him.
so i sold my grandmothers wedding ring to see if another dr would help him with his problems that was a waste of a ring but i thought it would help somehow.
i have every year for years tried to make sure the less fortunate were helped i know 6 families a year is what i do this year i only did 2 but know that if things pick up again i will help more.
i just wanted to post this and ask for help with getting the ring my grandmother entrusted to me i know that she to would have pawned it if she thought it would help but it didn’t and i would really like to get it back, it is going to cost me 750.00 all i have is 239.00 which won’t keep it from hitting the for sale shelf by january 2 of 09. please i really need the help i never ask for anything i have always been a giver even now when things are so bad, if you can help could you email to me? (email removed) thank you all and please read the other postings i put up especially the poem about the soldier,
thank you merry christmas, have a great life, live, love and laugh

You were injured on the job? If so you need to get in contact with an experienced workers Compensation attorney. They can help you get the treatments and surgery that you may need. They usually charge no fee unless they recover for you andd when they do they will take it out of your settlement.I am kinda in the same boat as you I suffered an injury at work over a year and a 1/2 ago. Had to fight with employers insurance company. Had to wait almost a year from the date of injury to get surgery on my ankle. I had 3 fractures torn tendons, Ligaments, cartilage and bone fragments in my ankle. Now unfortunatly I am homeless and still need more treatment for my ankle. But to get the treatment my attorneys have to go through the right channels and I have no other choice but to be homeless and unable to work.
Good luck to you I hope things work themselves out and always keep your faith in whatever you beleive in.

I really don’t know what to say other than I need help I try never to ask but when so many things go bad it is overwhelming. Our year consisted of 5 deaths,3 serious injuries 1 wedding, our house burning down and we wake up to three inches of snow “GREAT” well at least it’s the right time of year. However you can help would be great. My personal mail is and I have to do this spaced or they will take it out of the message so just run it together.
