Accordion players, I need your advice.

I just got a Stradavox accordion that is fairly old but has not been used very much at all. I notice that every single one of the sharps and flats on the keyboard tend to stick for a very long time. Because it’s only the sharps and flats, and all of them stick, I have a suspicion that there is a way to change this using one of the many buttons and dials on the accordion that I am unfamiliar with. However, this could not be the case. If the latter is so, then I need advice on how to fix it, and if the former is so, could anyone tell me how to set the accordion so they keys don’t stick? Thanks.

Hi. I saw your question on the Stradavox. Did you receive an answer yet?

Do you know what model it is? I have a couple of Stradavox’s, and would be happy to look into your issue. My first thought is that it’s not a switch, but something under the grill.

Let me know - thanks!
John

Follow-up: I got the accordion repaired in a nearby town, and it is as good as new.
