help!

I need to find a pretty, traditional Latin dance dress for a project. I want it to have sleeves (short sleeves) and a back. (It’s for school! So no tank tops or backless dresses.) No belly dresses either, please. Traditional dresses are kinda puffy and lacy, and it has to be under $100. please help! (btw, I’m 5′7 and around…. 125 pounds? I’m thin. don’t know how much I weigh exactly.)
