Have you been checked out by a physician? Medications can help.

In my opinion, a lot of these problems that people are having today are because they don’t work the issues out themselves. Of course sometimes medications ar necassary, but in general, we can do it ourselves. Just try to take things slow. You’re proabaly just getting overwhelmed, so make practicle schedules for yourlelf and stick to them. Give yourself some leadway with the time and realize and nobody in the world is perfect. Also, realize that in 8 minutes, you;ve gotten 3 repplies, so you know that people care about you. There’s nothing to worry about and we’re here for you. If it seems like a reall issue or if it continues even after you’ve seriously tried to calm yourself down and make your life less stresfull, then seriously see a doctor. There are no heroes when it comes to illness.

Anxiety attacks that are causing physical pain can lead to serious health problems. I wasn’t suggesting medication for the purpose of alleviating stress or dealing with the cause of the anxiety attack, just a mild medication to help alleviate the symptoms which can lead to very serious health issues. I do agree with you about the nee to work out whatever the root cause is, but anxiety attacks are dangerous. So I disagree with one point. DON’T wait till you make your life less stressful. Get to a doctor and get checked out. Sometimes there is a serious medical condition behind these attacks. Get checked out and then begin working on the aspects of your life that could be causing you undue stress.

Babe its medical fact, panic attacks can not cause heart attacks, I promise i suffer from them myself and have done a lot of research on it. A panic attack is your natural mechanism to escape a threatening situation, its a chemical embalance i advice you to get a book called The anxiety and phobia workbook. The release of adrenalin causes your heart to beat faster, google flight and fight responses. Educate yourself its the best way to get ontop of it. Panic attacks can be cured you dont need to suffer. Good luck :-)
