I have a few questions about HAARP, and I was wondering if you had any answers or thoughts about it?

Why has the public not heard more about HAARP?

Why has the media not covered it more if the government claims that HAARP is not classified, and that there are no classified documents pertaining to HAARP because the Environmental Impact Process (EIP) documents are a matter of public record?

According to the official government website, since it is a “research facility” that is “restricted to operate only on a ‘not-to-interfere-basis’” and is “categorized as an experimental station (XR) in the NTIA (National Telecommunications & Information Administration) spectrum certification document”, why is the public not herd more about it, why is access to the facility so restricted, and what is there to hide?

Why is there still no visitor’s center, and why the HAARP Research Station still not have sufficient on-site staff to allow routine tours of the facility? Entry to the facility is restricted to those having a need to conduct business at the facility.

According to the official government website, HAARP is not designed to be an operational system for military purposes, yet “the DoD operates numerous communication and navigation systems whose signals either depend on reflection from the ionosphere or must pass through the ionosphere to satellites” so, “there is obvious DoD interest in understanding the ionosphere’s effect on these systems to improve their reliability and performance.” Wouldn’t the DoD rather keep information about this project/research secret in order to protect their communication systems? Is that why the public knows so little about HAARP, while the government claims is to be a unclassified research project open to the public?
