Like the things in movies, like Ghost which attack the evil people as they die. Its point, maybe has pointy teeth.

I’m alone in the house with my dogs, and I’m taking a pain killer so I’m more mental than usual.

Oh. That happens to me often times after I watch scary movies.

Try and calm your mind, relax, think good thoughts. Maybe watch some cartoons? :/

I watched the last episode of survivor on my computer, plus Love During Cholera, which was not scary.

Oh, yes. YouTube is a great idea.
Watch ‘ShayCarl’. You’ll definitely laugh.

Try daydreaming. Imagine that you’re on a vacation somewhere. It would get your mind off that scary thing. It makes you feel good and relaxed too. Day dreaming would tire you out later so you’ll fall asleep with that daydream as the last thing you think off. So there’s more chance you’ll have sweet dreams of your vacation than a nightmare.
