I am so nervous all the time!
! If things in my life are going well, I will find something to worry about and stress about it constantly. Sometimes, the stressful thought will hit me like lightening and I have to fight with my mind to let it go. If one of those thoughts aren’t haunting me, I worry if what I am doing with my life and where I am is where I want to be (typically the answer is no) I feel really helpless in my own mind and am scared. Help.
Since writing this post Anonymous may have helped people, but has not within the last 4 days.
