when is a good time to apply for a part time job.

i just turned 19 and have no work experience. so far i applied to 4 jobs and yet no call. i still live with my parents so i can go to a community college. Im trying to get into med school but my parents are a little strapped for cash cause they just bought me a new car. i wana help with the finnances and pay for my med school buy finding a job is so hard these days.

any advice on how to find a job mostly looking for a job thats a department store.

You might want to consider a temp agency, or look to see if you can get a job on campus. Also, check out to see if you can get a paid internship as a med student. Work experience and money, at the same time!

Apply to become a security guard! Those jobs are awesome and they pay you just to guard doors or buildings and have plenty of time to do your homework!

Make up a resume and print 40 copies. Hand it out to all the places you wouldn’t mind working. That should do it.
