How Do i call Trinidad from Scotland on a mobile.

I have triedbut i just keeps making a dial tone sound it should be between two mobile numbers

Just dial the dialling code, followed by the part you want to go. E.G. 46 for the North. Then dial the number, missing out the first 0, after that putting in all the digits of the number as normal.

its a mobile number im calling and it starts with a 1
