I think this teacher should be removed. There are certain people who just ain`t right for a teacher position. This is such an individual. I think you should take this to the principal or talk to others in your school.

The thing is, he is my teacher, i cant stay away from him, and about my friend, that was like 2 years ago now =/ i only found out like last month, coz i was telling her about how he freaks me out

If your parents won’t do anything you and your friend need to go talk to the principle or police.
You and your friend could go together to the principle and tell them just what you told us. He could harm some other child if not stopped.

well we both decided, if we think anything seriously wierd goes on with him and us or anyone in the class, we will tell the head teacher, only if he like, keeps us for detention and does something wierd or says something to us that we think is not right. We sit next to eachother in class, unfortunately in front of him, he put us there, its in register order, so we can look out for eachother and stuff.

english, 14 in year 10, leaving next year when im in year 11, got the same teacher in year 8, got him now, and i have him in year 11, great isnt it *sarcastic look on face*

If you look up the words child molester in the dictionary and your teacher’s picture comes up, you might have a problem!
I think you should talk to the school counselor or another teacher that you trust. Just let them know he makes you feel uncomfortable and why he does. At this point, there is probable nothing that they can do. But you never know, other people may have made complaints and it may be what they need to investigate him. Or in the future if someone else complains, they will have a record of you complaining about him.
He sounds like a creep… stay away from him as best as possible. Obviously you still need to attend class, but be extra careful to follow the rules and do well so he doesn’t give you detention or make you stay after. If that happens anyway and he tries anything, give him a disgusted look and DON’T be nice! Be a real b**ch to him if he makes a move and don’t be afraid to protect yourself if he won’t stop. I suggest talking to someone at the school, as many others have already said. Good luck!

I didn’t read all the replies but it looks like the general opinion is that your teacher is acting inappropriately and you should tell someone. You may have a credibility problem, like your mom didn’t care, and I’d be extremely skeptical of this story from most of the teenage girls I’ve had to deal with in my neighborhood — but if it is true, and your teacher is really acting wrong in some way, then you are in the right to carefully, thoughtfully, and honestly tell someone in your local real-people world. And if they don’t want to hear it you can apologize and say that it actually is something important you want to tell someone about.

You are not taking it too far. Such a thing needs to be handled as soon as possible.
