According to your height of 5′ 7″ your ideal healthy weight is 143 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 127 and 159 pounds.

You have to consider your race, age, gender and built.

I’m looking for an ideal weigth chart that considers these factors all together. SO tell me when you find one.

To figure out your ideal weight, use this formula prepared by the American Dietetic Association: http://www.nestle.com.ph/recipe/nc2/h…

For women, allow 100 pounds for the first five feet of height plus five pounds for each additional inch.
For men, allow 106 pounds for the first five feet of height, plus six pounds for each additional inch.

Then, consider your body build: is it small, average or large? The size of your wrist is a good indicator. Wrap the fingers of one hand around the wrist of the other, touching the thumb to the middle finger. If fingers just touch, your probably of average build. If they overlap, your frame is small. Subtract 10 per cent for your ideal weight. If they don’t quite touch, you have a large frame – add 10 per cent.

How old are you? What’s your gender?

If you’re a guy, you’re probably known as “little noodle arms.” If you’re a girl, your friends probably say you’re a little chunky. Either way, it doesn’t really matter. Find a weight you like and stick to it regardless of what some imbecilic charts and graphs say.

Once you stop growing, say 22, you can start body building work outs so that you’ll form manly muscles and you won’t look skinny then.
