i have been there before….. and it got scary…. but i came through and all i can say is that the only way to get the touch you need is to simply ask for it. i know it sounds impossible (and to all you ppl who have never felt this probably a lil pathetic , to you all i can say is bug off until you know how this is such a paralysing problem) i know the phone feels like the phone is a million miles away. just know that ppl care for you and there is a better place for you out there :)

It’s so hard to get motivated when you’re lonely and depressed. Try volunteering. It gets you out and about among people, and it feels good to help and be useful. You can get things done when you feel good about yourself and that you are contributing to something positive. Then maybe you will get your confidence and motivation back, and be able to get life going again for you.

the feeling of lonelyness is the most painfull thing happening to anyone.I never felt it before but when i came to do my masters here i needed to stay in a hostel and i feel very depressed now .another problem being i feel in love tahst another big thing which is adding trouble to me.
