ask him out for drink and when you go out just be relaxed and confident and just talk….don’t worry about how you appear or what he might think of you.
You should be able to tell soon enough, and if it goes well then you will know and you can act on instinct.

if you don’t know how to go about asking him because you don’t know him well enough, then just be brave and get yourself in a positio where you can talk to him for 5 minutes….that is all you need…..ask him how he is doing and what he has been up to….make him talk about himself and act interested…..then it is easy.
Just say ‘’you know, it would be nice to meet up sometime because I would like to see you…how about we do this'’.
Then when you have time together, it is simply about talking and having interesting conversation. That is when you will see the chemistry
