I feel like no one cares about me, im the Middle child so im like invisable.

My sister is Bulimic so my parents are around her all the time, and pay attention to her as my 6 year old brother. He is the only boy in the family so everyone spoils him and he gets whatever he wants when he wants it! I just dont think i can handle this anymore

I am a middle child also, and I am now 23 years old. My feelings about being a middle child were different at different ages. I am just trying to relate to you!

Well, I can totally relate. The older child is experiencing mostly everything for the first time, and the baby is just “so cute.” It gets old really quick. When I was in my teen years I tried to rebel to get their attention. I would honestly sit down and talk with your parents. You don’t necessarily have to say you are upset, because they aren’t spending enough time with you. However, that would help. I would start asking my parents to do things with me, like ask them to go to a movie, etc. I am sure that it isn’t intentional. I also found it helpful to reach out to others, and work on my independence.

I’m the middle child too….We tend to be the smartest and the most self reliant. That’s probably why you don’t get noticed as much as the others. You should take it as a compliment

I know exactly how you feel.I’m the middle child too & my parents doesn’t pay attention at me most of the time, they do a little but mostly to my big sister
& my little sister.I’m tired of it!It kind of gets me upset & annoyed when my big sister tells me “because you’re the middle child, nobody cares about the middle child”.I ALWAYS clean up after my big sister we share a room & I’m the only one that cleans her mess up!My mom blames it on my sometimes.I’m the one who always get the blame & my little sister LOVES getting me in trouble. My big sister is hardly even home for going to work & going out a lot & my parents still pay attention to her & my little sister.I can’t take it!!is not even funny /:
