just post the link on every forum on the web, even if its not film related. people will hate you but its hits that count. best place to start is youtube (post messages on the most popular videos).

in the meantime you could always go to your page and keep pressing F5 (refresh). Every time the page reloads it counts as a new hit

Maybe (although that’s cheating) –some sites that count hits for a reason look for different IP addresses and sometimes other criteria.

you realise it will get marked as spam, have you got a youtube channel? thats probably the best place to advertise your imdb page…

well, i’ve literaly only just began doing anyhting about it. I’m only 16 and i dont even know how to write a script, my problem is that my ideas are in my view too big and expensive to do as a novice so i’m trying to think of some smaller, easier things to write.

Ive kind of started writing a few ’stories’ with the hope to eventually adapt them into films but they are still a bit to big, sci-fi/drama kind of things…

I don’t know personally. If you scan around this site (help.com) a little, you can see some easily answerable questions, and answer them for people… which gets your name out in this little place and can draw the help you need to this post. It’s a way to get out of your own concerns and maybe get someone else to focus on them.

(I’m not much into film but there are people here who know more about both that and internet-marketing.)

yea, i’m from the UK and just on principle and for the patriotic side of me i’d rather go into the british film industry

and ive tried drama mystery but i cant get any ideas that i find easy to work with, maybe i should try harder or just leave it a while and wait for inspiration…
