Picture/photo Help!

!!
I do NOT have photoshop, and i use just use picnik.com to edit photos, it works relle well, well i think it does anyway. But I really want to be able to make it different colors where i choose, like rainbow-ish.
Also, I want to know how to put a picture ontop of another…Like One picture than another beneath it, kinda like a comic book looking thing..
AND ONE more thing, how would you change the color of something, say i have a black bow with white spots, and i wanted it to be pink woth blue spots, can i do that? PLEASE PLEASE some one tell me how!
recomend a different site too maybe? but i cant download anything…

(heres what i mean by rainbow, just look at the people…)

I think there was one called ‘Picasso’ or something but I don’t think it does what you are looking for…

Picasa is a good free program from Google, but it’s really not advanced enough to do what you want. Paint.net is a free program that allows you to work in layers, which is what you really need. Gimp is another excellent free program, but it has a steep learning curve. Unfortunately, all these programs need to be downloaded, so they probably won’t work for you…:(

Sure…but it’s going to take days or weeks to learn paint.net or Gimp. Why do you need to hide these programs?

My mom doesnt like it when i download things on to the computer. Im not allowed to download anymore music because they take up to much space on here, and i think one of those programs would take up more space than a mp3. Shes all freakin out because aparently i caused the computer to have a “critical error”…so yeah…

Yeah, these are pretty large programs…any chance you can get an external hard drive? They are a bit expensive, but you can tell your mom it’s for her own good…:)
