Hi I am a single mother in southern California I have

a miracle son thats 6 years old I am a cancer survivor I am having this problem with my mom it has been going on since my son came home she has been trying to take him from me what ever it takes she tries its about to be Christmas I called kidnapping on her twice but authority wont help and I picked up a restraining order I have full custody and he was suppose to be home Monday after he visited her house for Christmas party in san Diego so she refuses to bring him home I have no vehicle no transport im freaking out she called the police and reported a warrant I had no idea about because i moved and some mail goes to her so they took me to jail resealed me on a bench warrant and told the sheriff that went to her for kidnapping and said I was hoping they kept her over weekend so I could keep “my son” I documenting every move and need help someone that knows how please help

you should call a crisis line. they usually know what do do in such situations. it is free. it is professionals. it is 24/7. call them. it is the first thing you can do.
