You could take time off work and travel to find the real you… sounds a bit clique I know but it usually does the trick.

No one truly knows who they are, I mean, what does “Knowing who you are” really mean anyway. My suggestion is to change your routine in any way, take a class, go to the gym, talk to someone you have never talked to before. But when you do one of these things do it with a purpose and exert yourself while you are doing it, if you half-*** it, your not going to find out what you really enjoy. In these times when you are down is when you have to try the hardest even though it seems like even if you try hard nothing comes of it
