Why is my computer saying “Can not find any compatible direct 3D devices”, after I have installed the PC game called The Spiderwick Chronicles?
Can you help, would the game not have the devices on it that are necessary to run it?
Do I need to uninstall that game and return it to the store?
PS. My computer has windows XP on it and it is not an old computer.
