mp3 help: i got a philip mp3 , the manual says i can put music and videos - Help.com

i got a philip mp3 , the manual says i can put music

and videos on there by going to the internet and dragging a video into a page called a media coverter(i have that and know what it is)i tryed doing it and it wouldn’t drag
how do i get it to the converter?
