how to make decisions?

i cant seem to make decisions on anything. coz i just dnt know what decisions are right and they always seem to be wrong.

Then, play various scenarios out in your mind…trying to contemplate all the possible outcomes.

Finally, it never hurts to pray about decisions.

my friends say something different to what i think, it because im quite negative and suffereing with depression which makes decisions harder to make. in the bck of my mind is the worst possible case senorios.
