well its a very long story and I have adobe shockwave and everytime i turn on my computer i have a popup too much to explain just click on the link below..

lol i just answered pretty much same question when it pops up press ctrl+alt+delete select the program and click end task.
if u on vista click on task manager after you pressed ctrl+alt+delete
