I’m having Computer issues.

well as some of you know or not know, adobe shockwave downloads itself with a Norton PC checkup stub. I few months ago, a pop up came up asking me to run it or something….so i clicked on yes iim not sure exactly what it said or what was going on [i didnt really care]..soo after that the next day when i turned on mii computer it said..*[click on first link]….and soo this went on for like ever…everytime i turned on my computer that pop up came on..i didnt really care what it was but it was annoying..soo just recently i wanted to run Disk Defragmenter and it didnt work it just….*[click on scond link]…and soooo i was tryin to figure out what was going on…so i tried to install Disk Defragmenter and what do u know the same pop-up came up..*[click on third link]…soo i figured out how to remove this socall stub and i restarded mii computer….and….a freaking pop-up .came up again..saying i didnt have the crapp needed too run the freaking scan or w,e the hell they wanted….*[click on 4rth link]…..ssoooo can anyone plz plz plz plzzzzzzzzzzzzz iim on my knees man!..so can anyyy11 tell me whats going on and how i can fix this?

Download these programs and run them in safe mode and see if that doesnt get rid of them.

soo i fixed the pop upss..by simply uninstalling Shockwave but i still cant seem to get Disk Defragmenter to work =(
any suggestions?

yes use those programs and run them so you can clean out your pc. defraging will not help if your pc is full of junk. :-)

lol thank you for that but mii pc isnt full of junk its actualy quite efficient but the Disk Defragmenter seems to be giving me a hard time.

i had that before it a cookie/virus thing when it pops up press ctrl+alt+delete and click on end program
