Can ideas be owned — I Mean: If I share MY ideas with YOU, what is it that makes them MINE? - Help.com

Some ideas are to be shared others not. you decide that yourself but people can have the same ideas. So no one can “OWN” an idea xD

depends on what the ideas are people can feel offended by the way other people think =]
Not everyone might not think about it the way you do.
And if everyone told his ideas and actually put them in deeds i think the world would be more of a mess then it is already xD

to hear my ideas, but to probly shop. haha but when they
visit a post of mine they are there to hear what i have to say =]

When you say something you expect people to listen so i guess yeah. But some things are better not to be spoken out loud and you just have to keep them in your mind ..

For me, everything I write, no matter where I write it, as long as it can be considered original, it is completely and 100% mine.

The idea though, that apparently can be taken no matter what. This was proved when the Catholic Church failed in sueing the author of The Da Vinci Code. It was judged that ideas cannot be owned.

If I write a story about robots that take over earth, as long as you write it differently, you can use the idea.
