my ipod froze again and i dont know how to get it to work.

I tried connecting it to my computer but it doesnt show up on itunes. i have no idea what to do . this is the third time its happened. every other time only lasted 10-45 mins. this has been like this for 14 hours…

i cant reset it because i cant get it to show up on itunes when its connected to my computer…

Oh, here’s how to reset:

1. Disconnect from computer.
2. Make sure the scroll wheel is unlocked. (Little slide button on top)
3. Hold the menu and center button together for about 5 seconds.

Tell me if anything happens.

ok it shut off… then it shows a gray screen with the apple. and now it works (: thank youu!
