New Year, new me.
I need need NEED to lose weight this new year. I cannot get motivated though. It’s horribley hard for me to get up, dressed, and get in the car to go to the gym or just get out to go for a walk. I have my ipod to listen to music, but that’s still not getting me off my butt. My mom tells me all the time that I need to start doing something because it has become increasingly noticable that I have gained weight. I am not overwight, but I’m just more out of shape more than anything. I’d love to get in better shape and just feel better about myself. I just find it very hard to get motivated and I need some answers to help me get on the right track. If anyone has some tips or advice, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
