girlfriend help: Two nights, my girlfriend’s parents invited my family over for a New Year’s Eve party. - Help.com

Two nights, my girlfriend’s parents invited my family over for a New Year’s Eve party.

When we were done eating dinner, she went to take her nightly shower. I had to use the bathroom and I forgot that she was in there. I opened the door and saw her completely naked. She quickly lifted up her towel to cover up. I said I was sorry and then I left the bathroom. When she came out, she wasn’t mad because she knew it was an accident. She was just very embarrassed that I had seen her in the nude. Then she started to cry. Her whole New Year’s Eve was ruined. What can I say to her to make her feel better about her self?

tell her that it was a mistake, but that she’s beautiful and has nothing to be embarrassed about. Promise that from now on you will always knock and wait for a response before entering any door that is closed that she may be in- changing or whatever. Apologize and tell her that you don’t want her to feel upset or embarrassed It’s a new year & you guys can leave that in the past. Give her a kiss & assure her that no one will knwo about the incident and that she’s gorgeous and it won’t happen again.

-Why is it that whenever someone walks into a bathroom where they are unawhere of someone else, it is alway at the exact moment that the other is tepping out of the shower?

-Why is it that the other person is allways showering?

-Why is it that the door is never locked?

Is it just me or is there something fishy going on here? I have to wonder how many of these stories are real, and how many are just publicity stunts.

Actually Learjet45, a lot are real.
I know for a fact it’s happened TO me, and I’ve accidentally did what he did.

It must happen at times. I don’t want outright acuse here.

I just know that personally, I would never go into a bathroom without locking the door.
I would never Go into a bathroom with a closed door without knocking.
And in every house I’ve ever lived in, I’ve allways been able to hear when the shower is on.

Anyway we’ll never know.
