No idea. There is some cryptic info on their facebook page but the link that is on there doesn’t work either. If I had to guess their bandwidth use got too large and they couldn’t pay the bill. That’s purely speculation though.

I found this written by emeralddragon88 on December 12, 2008. Apparently at that time it was still up and running.

“The title says it all, the semester from hell is OVER and next semester will be much better, timewise anyway (I think I got at least one professor who assigns a ton of papers, joy) but other than that I should be fine, and I know how to handle it now. I have learned my lesson believe me! I did manage to sleep last night and I should be able to sleep for at least a month before heading back to school once again.
I can finally come off of leave from my volunteer position too, which I missed but now I’m having account issues. Anyway, I volunteer for http://teenhelp.org as a Live Help Operator in case you were wondering or are curious. My profile is here: http://forums.teenhelp.org/member.php…

If you feel really ambitious you can try emailing the head honcho of teenhelp.org.
His name is Winston Cheng and he lives in California. Email: admin [at] teenhelp dot org.

If the servers are down (likely) than emails may not go through unless they are being redirected temporarily while the issues are resolved. This is the best I can offer.

Email services are down because they have not been reconfigured.

If you want to keep up-to-date, I suggest you join the Facebook Group or the Facebook Page, where the most up to date information is.

Thanks!

Do you have any idea when it’s going to be back online?
