I really want to meet my biological parents.

I really wish that they had kept track of who I was living with so when they were ready to care for a child, they could just go to my foster home and readopt me.

The Adoption agency should have your parents details hon ?where were you born ? start there, then get the birth records of the day you were born, every town has birth records I think, they do in England, not sure about the usa.
