I enoy a nice bottle of mead with my main evening meal, but I’ll be moving soon and not sure on where I will be able to buy it.

So has anybody had any experience of brewing mead? I’ve read how todo it etc but I want to know whats the likly hood it’ll turn into vinegar lol

the trick to mead is fermenting i think. the honey, which is alot in mead, makes the fermentation weird, i dunno if it’s longer or shorter, but definitely make sure you research the correct fermentation time.
