good!
I’ve been so stressed about everything lately - money, a job, relationships, family, etc. I’ve had to deal with some bad anxiety at times. But today I went to a special event being held by some people I used to work with and be friends with. And even though I was nervous at first, I’m glad I went. It reminded me I’m capable of making a difference; that there’s people out there who care about me and are my friends; and, that I didn’t realize how much I missed it.
It will still take me time to turn things around but maybe this will help me start, I feel really good now :)
