In the middle of this year I will be taking a road

trip and I have only one particular destination in mind and that’s to pick up my sister in Washington. I’m going all over the country so I want to know what the greatest places in the U.S. are to you. I’ll put them in my “roadtrip book” and try to visit them.

The Archway to the West, in Saint Louis, Missouri is pretty cool. It’s right next to the Mississippi River which is quite a site to see as well. Of course here in California, I would say don’t miss the coastal Sequoia Redwoods… http://www.travel-notes.org/redwds.html The Rain Forests of Northern California are beautiful.

Thanks. I have been just about everywhere but most of the time I was too young to remember. I’d like to see the gateway to the west… and I want to go to the four corners and olympic park but that’s about all I have so far.

I’d say you could visit me and we could hike in the mountains, but the last couple times I told people that I then didn’t actually help make it happen. You could go all sorts of places depending on how much time you have.
