My best friend is not the same person i walk to college with. - Help.com

My best friend is not the same person i walk to college with.

when we walk to college she is the same old laura that i know and love but the second we walk into the college she is a very diffrent person.
she is so strange when she is there, almost like a personality split and i just dont know what to say to her.
i just worried about her because this new laura is very strange and im worried that the college will pick up on somthing and that she will end up with them getting the wrong idea and think that she has a mental problem, that is how serious the split is.
i just dont know what to do and if she continues to do this im scared that sothing will happen to her.
she only has this split when she somwhere she doent know and i just think that haveing a full on personality split when i feel nevous isnt the the best thing to do

plase help

That’s how people change, after a period of time people seem to be more like the people they are around and the people that they were once around with in the past, they stray away and pretty much outgrow them. At times we must be the ones to decide to move on or not, sometimes if we stay with those people we could slow them down or they could slow us down. You have to see that people come and go in our lives, and what changes that happen you have to know if you should let them go, for it could actually make your life better.

Just tell her you will be there for her and tell her she acts a bit different going to college. Let her know that you are there for her to talk to. She will probably come to you.
