Is he playing games?

This guy text me all the time and we hang out but then stops. Couple of weeks later does the same thing. I hadn’t talked to him all vacation then yesterday he says he misses me blah blah blah and wants to hang out. Mind you today he doesn’t call or anything. So what is his deal?

Oh and he did tell me he didn’t want a relationship in college and all that good stuff.

IMO, he’s not wanting to be serious.
Leave him alone and find someone who is actually worth your time. :)

If he really cared about you and felt that way he would be doing anything to be with you. I am sorry but it seems he wants to just be your friend. Men are fickle and prone to changing their minds, but I wouldn’t put much hope into it.
