I’m vegan and my mom is forcing me to eat fish!

She threatens to never buy me anymore clothes if I don’t eat it. I don’t care I’d rather starve then eat a living thing!

if it means that much just tell her so in a nice and mature way that you wish to remain veghan and im sure over time she will soften to the idea. I’m assuming you have no health concernsthat is why she is making you

i tell her all the time that i’m healthy bc i eat all the nutrients and proten i need that replaces meat and seafood i even take supplements that vegans must take. not to be rude but she’s like most ppl who are brainwashed in thinking dirnking milk and eating meat is the best way to be healthy. She’s over reacting bc i am so much skinnier now which i think is a great thing.

Help me with: if i nap will i get fat?

oh no its not anooying. i didnt lose weight bc i became vegan i lost weight bc i overexcersised and ate probably less than 500 calories a day…not purposely. in july i was 145 now i’m 120 and 5′6.

Help me with: if i nap will i get fat?
