Yahoo mail question…

I want to change my password for yahoo mail, when I go to forgot password the option there says reset password, I dont want to click it and they send me a new one, I want to have my own. Question is does reset mean change also ?

You shouldn’t go to forgot password if you know your password and want to change it. There should be account settings where ‘change password’ is an option.

If you go and ‘reset’ your password, they usually send you one that is something like FSA356YFL .. or something of that sort. Then I believe you have the option to change that once you log in with the new password.
