spyware help: could someone please end this nightmare! - Help.com

could someone please end this nightmare!

i dont know how…but somehow i came into contact with some kind of internet supervirus! its hijacked my desktop background, disabled my windows task manager, wont allow me to run programs like skype, and has planted a little icon in my toolbar that keeps alerting me to download this spyware removal thing (which is obviously fake, they dont even use proper english!)
another wierd thing it does is it keeps opening my documents…which is concerning. and i have used several options to get rid of this thing but neither i, nor any antiviral software ive used can even find the thing!

to boot into bios, when you turn on your pc hold F8 i think (it is on my comp, it may be del on yours) and you’ll open the bios control panel, go into boot settings and change the primary boot drive to your cd drive, then you simply insert the disc and reboot.

Ive left him the link in his shout box, and asked him to either shout you or reply on here, so keep coming back, I think you’ve picked up some spyware, but not sure.
