I think its a good idea.

For the simple fact that, even though one celebrity may not make much of a dent in the problem, they attract the attention of the world to the problem, in turn making an even bigger difference, because when people see celebrities doing their bit, it makes others want to get in and help to

I agree with Ale though. It would be good to see countries such as USA, Australia, New Zealand etc focus on their own problems first, before trying to fix the problems of countries that are generally in those situations because of corrupt governments

I think that’s it’s great that they have so much money to blow and so they’re actually putting it to good use by helping people. However, I do think that a lot of them do it to get good publicity. Even if that’s true, at least they’re helping people in order to get publicity and not doing other crazy, negative stuff that some stars do.
