I think both Israel and Palestine need to put an end to the senseless massacre of innocent people. Enough is enough.

This problem would not of even happened if they didn’t launch rockets into Israel. There is no massacre in war. People die on both sides Civilians and Solders. War doesn’t care who you are you will die. Hamas need to back down and negotiate a Cece fire otherwise they are going to get stomped on. The old saying works here. DON’T POKE THE BEAR!!! Hope this helps :-)

Weak argument, Steve. The fact that Israel was given land in 1948 by the UN is excusing the terrorist activities of Hamas?

Come on now. The American indians lost all of there land by an invading force. You dont see them launching missles at the white house. Sh*t happens so you have to deal with it and make sure that your peoople survive. In a hundred years they may get their land back, who knows. The main thing is you dont start a war and then complain that your getting your Azz stomped. You asked for it. Hope this helps :-)

Near to me is a reserve, Six Nations, (I’m in Canada btw) who has been protesting and reclaiming the land they feel they have been cheated of by the government. For the most part things have remained peaceful but roads have been blocked at times and there have been scuffles. Our premier just this year issued a formal apology for what Natives were put through not so many years ago, being forced into residential schools where many were beaten and sexually abused.

My point is that many Natives have been standing up here and demanding their rights which is an awesome thing, the only problem comes when one group would stomp on the rights of others in the fight for their own. In no case do I see a fight such as this or any that would justify the loss of any life and in this day and age I should like to hope we are not near as barbaric as history would dictate. Just because force has been used for centuries and works, it still does not make it right in my opinion.

Well put.

JJ I have some buttons and perhaps a little lint I can donate at the moment, but I’m afraid that’s all ;) Besides, a good friend doesn’t bail you out of jail, a good friend is usually in there next to you hehe :)

On Arab TV news (in Arabic…my father was watching and translated for me), right after the cease fire ended, a Arab house in Gaza got blown up because the Palestinian dad inside was making bombs for Hamas. Both his kids died as well as his wife. He survived with serious injuries. And this is just one of hundreds or thousands of Palestinians who are working this way. Believe me when I tell you, there is not 1 Israeli who is putting his kids and wife at risk by making bombs in his house. The Arabs HATE JEWS more than they love their own kids. BELIEVE IT. The Arabs believe that if their children die in the name of Allah (their god) then they will be guaranteed to go to heaven. That’s why they don’t get out of the way even after Israel tells them beforehand with the leaflets. Arabs will continue to allow their kids to die until they overcome their hatred of Israel…or at least until they start loving their kids more than they hate Israel.
