Hello I’m looking for a new lcd tv with a fast response time. - Help.com

Hello I’m looking for a new lcd tv with a fast response time.

I thought the lower the Milliseconds or MS for response time was better. But a lady at Aarons rental told me the more Milliseconds for response time the faster the TV was which equals no lags or streaks while playing games or fast paced action while watching blue ray movies. So now I am confused. Which is better? A higher response time or lower response time for lcd TVs?

sweet computer case - as I understand it, the faster the response time the better (lower = better) I could be wrong though - not like I am going to notice a couple milliseconds with my poor eye sight
